New Feature: Show Tags and Notes in Tooltip

A new feature that has been asked by quite a few users. When you hover your mouse over a bookmark the Tags and/or Notes will be showed in a tooltip:

By default this feature is turned off. You can turn it on on the Settings page. You can either turn on one of the items to be displayed or both:
